Gideon provides AI-assisted conversation, information, generation, and related features. Features, models, limits, and availability may change.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use Gideon to violate applicable law or third-party rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, abuse or disrupt the service, or conduct harmful or fraudulent activity.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them. Gideon is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
5. Your Content
You retain rights you have in content you submit, subject to permissions necessary for us and our providers to operate the service. You are responsible for submitted content.
6. Paid Plans
Gideon may offer paid plans such as Gideon Pro. Pricing, billing period, features, limits, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and taxes may depend on the payment platform. A subscription is activated after applicable payment or entitlement verification.
7. Third-Party Services
Gideon may integrate with hosting, AI, app-store, payment, and other third-party services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuously available service. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
9. Intellectual Property
Gideon and its branding, software, interfaces, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the service operator. These Terms do not grant ownership of underlying software or trademarks.
10. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse, address security issues, or comply with law.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Gideon is provided on an available basis without guarantees that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
